We had a pleasant stay at a budget hotel in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The location was great, with Toei station only a 10-minute walk away and the JR train station just 5 minutes on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer, perfect for long-term travelers. The staff went out of their way to provide English instructions and maps. it was a convenient and peaceful base for exploring downtown.
The room cleaning service was infrequent, and there was no coffee provided, only teas.

This hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo provides exceptional value for money. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer and two pillows per person. We also appreciated the unblocked window, allowing natural light to fill the room. The breakfast included a good variety of options, satisfying both Japanese and Western tastes.
No aspects for improvement; everything was just as we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, close to a 10-minute walk to the Toei station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a mini-kitchenette and a washer/dryer in the room, very convenient for us. The location was also great, with easy access to the Suidobashi station on the Choa Local Line. The staff were friendly and spoke English, made our stay more fun. the hotel provided a decent breakfast and had excellent wifi.
No disadvantages.

Rooms are spacious with washing machines. Breakfast is delicious, especially the apple pies. Staff is helpful and friendly, assisting with various requests. Hotel is close to station, restaurants, and 7/11 stores. Complimentary toiletries, umbrellas, and maps are provided.

My recent stay at Tokyu Stay was really good. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Suidobashi station and within walking distance of Tokyo Dome. The room itself was lovely, with a full-sized bed instead of a single bed like most hotels in Japan. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi in both the room and the lobby, and the bathroom and shower were great with high-quality body products. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering both Western-style and Japanese-style dishes. The friendly hotel staff were always there to assist me and even kept my suitcase overnight while I went sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Tokyo.
